We deliver meals every Monday to Friday and dropped off at the location you have selected during the checkout time.
Deliveries are daily except weekends. Our morning slot is between 9am to 12 noon. Delivery schedules depend on your specific location but in the event that you’re not available to receive it, we can leave it on your doorstep or deliver to an alternative location.
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories. Delivery fees will vary according to the location selected.
Yes, please state your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, we require two business days notice.
T8 or Black Rain Signal discontinued before 6:00am:
Delivery service will be normal as usual, it also depends on the traffic condition.
T8 or Black Rain Signal is still present after 6:00 am:
Delivery service will be suspended for the day due to the inclement weather condition.
If you are requesting to cancel or change your order that is being process, you must contact us 2 working days in advance or we will not accept any change or cancellations. Prior change and cancellations are at our discretion. Refunds for cancelled order will be processed by credits only if it fulfils the cancellation criteria.
48 hours prior notice required for any changes, or else refund will not be applicable.

You can start your plan in within 2-3 business days depending on the cut-off date.
When you sign up for a Calfit meal plans you commit to at least four weeks of deliveries
You can also choose how many days a week you’d like your deliveries:

We stop taking orders at 6 pm on Saturdays for Monday delivery. Or you can order before Monday at 6 pm for a Wednesday start.
